By accessing or purchasing from spotiprem.com, operated by SHOE LAND GROUP, INC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products Sold

Spotiprem sells digital design files — 2D vector artwork and 3D models — delivered electronically via download link. No physical goods are shipped.

License Grant

When you purchase a file, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that file according to the usage terms stated on its product page (personal use, commercial use, or resale rights, as applicable). Ownership of the underlying design and all intellectual property rights remain with Spotiprem and its contributing designers.

Restrictions

Unless explicitly permitted by a listing's license, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or re-upload the raw design file, whether modified or unmodified, as a standalone digital product.

Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout. Orders are fulfilled by emailing a download link once payment has been confirmed.

Account Responsibility

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Files are provided "as is." While we review files for quality before listing them, we do not guarantee compatibility with every printer, slicer, or design application.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOE LAND GROUP, INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of files purchased on this site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
