Digital Products

All items sold on Spotiprem are digital design files delivered by download link — there is no physical product to return. Because files can be downloaded and copied instantly, all sales are final once a download link has been issued, except in the situations below.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund or replacement file if: your download link is broken or the file fails to open due to corruption, you were charged more than once for the same order, or the file you received does not match what was described on the product page.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review the request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after successfully downloading a working file, incompatibility with software or hardware not disclosed as a requirement on the product page, and requests made outside the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.
