Spotiprem sells digital design files only — nothing is physically shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, we automatically email a secure download link to the address you provided at checkout, typically within minutes.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered instantly. In rare cases involving payment verification, delivery may take longer, but you'll always receive your files by email, not by courier or postal mail.

Redownloading Your Files

Download links remain accessible after your first download. If you lose access or misplace the email, contact [email protected] with your order number and we'll resend the link.

Delivery Issues

If you don't receive your download email, first check your spam or promotions folder. If it still isn't there after 30 minutes, email [email protected] and we'll resolve it promptly.
