Answers to common questions about downloading, licensing, and using our 2D and 3D digital design files.
You're purchasing a digital design file (2D vector artwork or a 3D model, depending on the listing) along with a license that spells out how you may use it. No physical product is shipped — everything is delivered electronically.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email a secure download link to the address you used at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few minutes; if you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
It depends on the product. 3D listings typically include STL and/or OBJ files, and 2D listings typically include SVG, AI, and/or high-resolution PNG. Each product page lists the exact formats included before you buy.
Many of our files include a commercial-use license, but not all of them do. Check the licensing section on each product page — it will state clearly whether personal use only, commercial use, or resale rights are included.
No. Unless a listing explicitly says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, or re-upload the raw design file, even if you've modified it. You're licensed to use the file in your own end products, not to compete with us by reselling the source file.
3D files (STL/OBJ) open in most slicers and 3D modeling software such as Cura, PrusaSlicer, Blender, or Fusion 360. 2D vector files (SVG/AI) open in Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, Affinity Designer, and similar tools.

Because files are delivered instantly and can be copied, all sales are final except in cases of a corrupted download, a duplicate charge, or a file that doesn't match its listing. See our Return Policy for details.
Most models are provided as clean, printable meshes but without supports generated, since support needs vary by printer and slicer settings. Any special orientation or support notes are called out in the product description.
