You will get 3 different topology styles: High poly (for realistic environments and for detailed 3D scan. You can add extra details using the displacement map), low poly (for games and web. That has 5559 faces and 2786 verts). You will get 7 4k texture maps to use for PBR materials (diffuse, normal, roughness, edge, height, ambient occlusion). Available in several formats. Blender file with materials is included and ready to render. Non overlapping uvs easy to edit. Royalty free 3D model license. Enjoy!
