Residential Houses Low-poly 3D model

This low-poly, game ready art package contains the following models: 30 houses and 30 garages modular road system (intersections, markings, turns) trash cans mailboxes terrain mesh + splat map several other, small street props and lamps. All models use high quality PBR textures, using the metalness workflow. The package is performance friendly, suitable for mobile - each house is a few hundred polygons only, and all 60 buildings share 6 materials.Collider meshes are also provided for each building, and every model has a separate UV channel created for lightmapping. Higher poly meshes have lower poly, LOD versions as well.Textures are configured for Unity 5 standard shader and as such, the gloss map is stored in the alpha channel of the metallic map. If you need roughness map (Unreal), invert the value when configuring the shader. Texture/material naming is conventional and therefore easy to assign one to the other.The .BLEND file contains a demo scene only, please use the .FBX models. The terrain is in .OBJ format, use the 4 channel splat map provided to texture it either by using your own sets, or using the 4 terrain texture maps provided in the package.Note: Skybox and trees are not included.Should you have any questions about the package, feel free to message me here!
