The racetrack design is based on the indian racetrack kari motor speedway, with modified surroundings . The zip folder has all the textures, a .blend file, a .fbx file and other buildings used in the racetrack which will be useful if u want edit the track. Floor.zip has a floor texture for the base of models named house and house.001
