It comes as a fully UV-unwrapped single-object model (no groups or parenting) with nice topology (no shading issues). I packed the model with 7 different hand-crafted materials. The model is ready to render in any software with PBR pipeline. The original .max files are prepared for Corona Renderer 7 and above (using CoronaPhysicalMtl).
