Classic style porch house without furniture Low-poly 3D model

This model can be used for commercial purposes and works with realtime game engines.Short discriptionThis is a classic style porch house with interior for Blender eevee and cycles and set in todays era. Its inspired by Eastcoast American classic house design together with a orginal twist.This is a orginal designed and modeled house and doesnt exist in the real world.PerformanceThe scene is optimised to get as much performance and as little memory usage as possible. I would still reccomend a system with at least 8gb RAM and 6gb GPU memory. (al though the rendered eevee viewport uses less than 3gb RAM and GPU memory)If your GPU doesnt have enough memory, you can always choose to render with cycles on your CPU.The 3D grass particles are turned off in the viewport for optimisation reasons, but are easy to enable in the outliner.If you need more performance, you can turn off more layers like the vegetation, interior lights or lowering the shadow resolution.OrginalityThe complete structure, all elements, and garden design is orginally designed and modeled for this project. the only assets that are imported from my other projects are the trees and bushes. These assets are from summer 2020.The picture frames inside the house are renders from my other projects.EeveeThis scene is designed and optimised around eevee. all the lighting and reflections are baked in by using a irradiance volume and reflection cubes. This engine is perfect to make animations that are rendered quick. Every new asset added to this scene will automaticly adopt the lighting and reflections.CyclesAll assets and materials work with Cycles aswell, The HDRI and sunlight might need to be tweaked a bit, for interior renders you could also use a flat blue color for the sky.Other engines/softwareIts possible to use this in other engines aswell but for optimisation reasons some materials, like the white and blue wood, use the same colormap but with a HUE node connected to them. So for other software, some textures need to be replaced or it's HUE edited in the game enginephoto editing software.Some materials like the pool water are procedurally generated and need to be replaced by alternative water inside your preferred software.The 3D grass is a particle system and can't be exported from Blender.MaterialsThis project uses high quality PBR materials.PolycountEven though this project has more detail than older projects, the polycount is optimised Objects: 867 Verticles: 316,556 Edges: 573,177 Faces: 277,564 Triangles: 550,404 ExportsAll file exports are exported using blenders default settings.
