Detailed city model - perfect for all sorts of projects. The model looks good from street level so would be perfect for games and VR. Includes buildings, parks with park benches, rooftops, trees, roads, lamp posts, traffic lights, bus stops, phone booths, garden pots, post boxes, side-walks, air conditioning, and alleyways. Advertisement displays in the model do not include any trademarks so you are welcome to use it for commercial projects. Majority of the material are colour maps, while the side-walks and brick textures include colour and normal maps. The textures are packed into the model files. Note: the polygon count in the native blender file is much lower as it uses linked duplicates.
