Includes a day time and night time version. Native file is Blender 4.1, rendered using cycles. All the elements like buildings, roads, concrete footings, bus stops, trees, and etc are separate models which can easily be duplicated and moved around to create an even larger city. Assetts include roads, buildings, gas stations, parks, trees, shrubs, grass, bus stops, vending machine, fence, fire hydrant, rooftop HVAC equipment, communications towers, and more. Materials include color textures, spec and emission maps for the glass windows, normal maps for the footpaths, transparency maps for the trees, and more. Care has been taken to make each building appear unique, so that every street corner has a distinctive look.
