Game ready low poly 0.5x0.5km square city block. Great for first person, open world games, VR, and renders. Also included is the glb export file, with the textures packed. The glb file can be imported into Unreal. The textures include colour maps, and spec maps for the windows. The footpaths include normals maps. The trees include transparency maps for the leaves. Assets are low-poly trees, roads, traffic lights, buildings, and parks. Textures have been optimized for fast loading in game-engines. The images were rendered using cycles but it looks great in Eevee as well. Note: the polygon count in the native blender file is much lower as it uses linked duplicates.
