All pivots are correctly placed and all meshes are scaled proportionally one to another with frozen transformations, which makes them workable. All fbx files have been remade into prefab without transformation.The set includes 584 prefabs including around 100 ready made buildings real-world size models decorated with elements such as gutters, signs, window bars with various roofs, balconies, windows and many more. Part of the buildings are in performance version without side walls.You can create own buildings, in desired shape, your imaginations is the only limit! Each element was very precisely made on grid in blender with the use of snap function (basic element is 2mx5m).The artistic process can be fastened even more, thanks to snap function built in in Unity.
