3x3 km Complete Downtown City Level NIGHT Unreal UE5 Low-poly 3D model

NIGHT version - Massive 3x3km fully playable complete city created in Unreal Engine, game-ready. The city is modular Low-Poly, so all roads, buildings, trees etc can be re-positioned. The Unreal file comes with a night map, located in the Content folder. The unreal file also come with 2 of the standard cars; sports, and off-road buggy, with physics and controls already preconfigured. I've added headlights (L key) and engine sounds. All models have their collision configured so the cars will collide with all of the city elements. This is perfect for GTA, taxi, open world type games, and saves countless hours having to create this city from scratch. Special items include a tunnel through the mountains, and a prison. Other assetts include trees, roads, commercial buildings, industrial, factories, silos, fences, mountains. Total number of unique meshes is approximately 130.
